Where I serve

After an incredible first year of mission, I’m excited to return to East Tennessee State University for a second year of serving and discipling students. This past year, the Lord moved in powerful ways, and I’m looking forward to how He’ll continue to work as students grow in faith and community. I’m also thrilled to be returning alongside my amazing team—Simon, Madeline, Mikayla, Phinehas, and Ryan—as we continue this mission together.

My Story

Coming into college, I never understood that I could have a personal relationship with Jesus. By attending FOCUS Summer Projects after my first year of college, I began to learn the importance of daily prayer and investing in the community. When I transferred to Boise State University at the beginning my sophomore year, I encountered FOCUS missionaries who walked with me and taught me to walk with others. Throughout college, it was a great gift to walk with other women as they encountered the Lord for the first time.

As a missionary, my deepest desire is that all my students know the love of the Father. My life has been transformed by Jesus and I want to bring His love, joy, and freedom to every woman I encounter.

Your Impact

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. As St. Mother Teresa once said, “Some give by going, others go by giving. Without both, the mission does not exist.” It’s such a gift that my supporters get to impact the mission work I will be doing on campus through our partnership!
