My Story

I was raised in Greenville, South Carolina, in a wonderful Catholic family. We were always involved in the Church, but throughout high school and my first few years of college, I gradually drifted away from my faith. I was living a secular lifestyle alongside those around me and saw nothing wrong with it, yet deep down I felt that something was missing. By God’s grace, the foundation my family had given me eventually led me back to the Catholic faith during a difficult season of my life.

That journey led me to join a FOCUS Bible study, and after some convincing from the Clemson FOCUS missionaries, I signed up for SEEK at the last minute. There, I encountered Christ in a profound way and experienced a major conversion of heart. The joy I found in Bible study, discipleship, leading Clemson’s men’s ministry, and serving in youth ministry showed me the incredible freedom that comes from living for Christ.

Through FOCUS, I discovered my identity not in the opinions of others, but in being a beloved son of God. I was equipped with the tools to grow in holiness, share my faith, and accompany others in their own relationship with Christ.

After much prayer and discernment, and inspired by the example of the missionaries who invested in me, I felt the Lord inviting me to give my own “yes” to FOCUS. I am excited to continue serving college students and helping them encounter the same life-changing love of Christ that transformed my own life. I look forward to seeing how the Holy Spirit will work through me in His mission on campus
