I will be serving at Benedictine College in Atchison, KS this year! Go Ravens!

Growing up, I was very blessed to grow up in a loving, Catholic family and had many opportunities to grow and be pushed in my faith. Despite these many blessings, I became very comfortable compartmentalizing these “Catholic” things and not allowing them to reflect every aspect of my life. I attended the University of Dallas, a Catholic school, where I continued to grow in my faith, but was still holding a lot back. I understood God intellectually, but I didn’t have a personal relationship with Him. At UD, I was introduced to FOCUS through a missionary who ran a bible study with our soccer team. Through discipleship and the witness of my missionaries, FOCUS helped me realize that our Lord calls all of us- individually- to encounter him deeply and personally. I said “yes” to mission because I seek to grow in this relationship with the Lord, and to help introduce others to the wonder and joy that is found in encountering Christ .

By saying “yes” to mission, I also said “yes” to relying fully on the Lord for financial and spiritual support- through you! Your generosity is so much more than a simple donation- it is a critical element in bringing Christ to those who seek Him. YOU play a direct role! I am honored to share this mission with you.
