Where I serve

God has presented a great opportunity to journey with college students and student-athletes through FOCUS. I am excited to be a part of such a vibrant community at Texas A&M University. My particular mission will be focused on growing in relationship with Jesus Christ with the 20 varsity athletics teams in College Station.

My Story

For the last three years, I’ve been blessed to live out a dream working at the highest levels of college basketball. By the grace of God, all of my professional aspirations had come true. I have had the immense privilege of working with tremendous people and student-athletes. All worldly desires – job status, financial stability, lifestyle, career trajectory – were very well taken care of.

Toward the end of my own college experience at Ohio State, I met a FOCUS missionary named Patrick who demonstrated a deep and authentic faith that I admired. Through friendship with Patrick and other student-athletes and managers in our Bible study, I began to witness a depth to the Christian life that I previously did not know. Over time, the Lord revealed the invitation to follow Him more deeply and experience the fulfilling joy that only He offers.

My prayer for many years has been for the Lord to make His Will abundantly obvious to me. Even through my own pushback and hesitancy, God has renewed that invitation through the call to mission with FOCUS! I am excited to make this leap of faith to a new adventure and see what He has in store!
