Where I serve

God has presented the opportunity to walk with college students and student-athletes through FOCUS. I am honored to serve such a vibrant Christian/Catholic community at Texas A&M University.

My particular mission is focused on growing in relationship with Jesus Christ with the 8 men’s varsity athletics teams in College Station. I am joined by my fiancee Melisa – please pray for our upcoming marriage!

My Story

For the first three years post-grad, I lived out a dream working at the highest levels of college basketball. All of my professional aspirations had come true. I had the immense privilege of working with tremendous people and student-athletes. All my worldly desires – financial stability, job status, lifestyle, career trajectory – were very well taken care of.

Toward the end of my own college experience at Ohio State, I met a FOCUS missionary named Patrick who demonstrated an authentic and deep faith that I admired. Through friendship with Patrick and other student-athletes and managers in our Bible study, I began to witness a depth to the Christian life that I previously did not know. Over time, the Lord revealed the invitation to follow Him more closely and experience the fulfilling joy that only He offers.

My prayer for many years has been for the Lord to make His Will abundantly obvious to me. Even through my own pushback and hesitancy, God renewed that invitation through the call to mission with FOCUS!
