We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
“He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that, free from sins, we might live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.”
1 Peter 2:24
I currently serve as a second-year Greek Missionary at Auburn University!
After encountering the Lord for the first time in high school, I spent my early college years learning how to pursue God and move away from the double life I was living. Brothers in my fraternity intentionally poured into me and taught me how to pray with Scripture. Over time, I had grown closer to Jesus but also anti-Catholic because of misconceptions about the Church’s teaching. After a reversion to the Church my junior year, the Lord grew my conviction to go on mission for the men in Greek life who still don’t yet know him. After lots of discernment, I decided to give my first years after college to the Lord in the greatest way I could by joining Focus staff to be in mission for Greek men full time!
Through your support, these men are coming to know the truth about who they are and the relationship with God they were made for.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.

We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
