My Story
I came to Baylor with my identity rooted in baseball, allowing my performance to define my worth. After two season-ending injuries, I found myself lost and searching for something deeper. Through reading, seeking truth, and ultimately hearing the Gospel from my missionary, Rory Mitchell, I encountered Christ in a life-changing way. Since then, God has transformed my life. I’ve found freedom in knowing my identity is in Him, developed a deeper love for the faith, and experienced the joy of helping others grow closer to Christ through discipleship and Bible study. Seeing the impact of the Gospel in students’ lives has inspired me to pursue full-time missionary work with FOCUS. I am excited to share Christ with college students and trust the Holy Spirit to continue changing lives.
