We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
“The world offers you comfort, but you were not made for comfort, you were made for greatness.” -Pope Benedict XVI
I will be serving at UC Berkeley!
I went to Catholic school and mass weekly up until I went to college at The University of Washington(GO DAWGS). I was indifferent about Catholicism and honestly forgot about it.
My second year, a friend invited me to a bible study…but with a protestant church. This sparked me to wrestle with the questions: did Jesus even exist? Is Jesus present in the Eucharist? Is the Catholic Church the true Church?
Eventually I made my way back to the Catholic Church and quickly got invited to a bible study by a FOCUS missionary. Later, through FOCUS, a friend invited me into discipleship, where I experienced what it meant not just to know about Christ—but to follow Him, pray, and share the Gospel with others. My faith came alive!
God transformed my life and I want others to know the joy and freedom that he brings. I want to know students, love them, and walk with them to be fully alive in Christ! Many students go through college without hearing the Gospel – and I’m here to change that

We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.

We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
