There’s something extraordinary about SEEK. For five days, thousands come together in prayer, worship, and community—and we leave with hearts on fire, renewed in our faith and inspired to pursue holiness with boldness. But once we return home, it can feel hard to hold on to the energy and grace we experienced. The good news? You can live SEEK every day.
Here are five ways to help you keep the spirit of SEEK alive in your daily life:
1. Stay Close to the Sacraments
One of the most impactful parts of SEEK is the regular access to the sacraments—daily Mass, Confession, and Adoration. These moments of grace shape our days and renew our hearts. Keep that rhythm going by finding ways to attend daily Mass during the week, making Confession a regular habit, and stopping by Adoration, even if just for a few minutes. The more you root your week in the sacraments, the more your days will echo the peace and presence you experienced at SEEK.
2. Pray with Others
Prayer is powerful—and when we come together as a Church to pray, that power multiplies. One of the reasons SEEK feels so moving is because we’re surrounded by thousands of people praying with us. Don’t wait for a conference to share prayer in community. Start a group rosary, attend Mass with friends, join (or lead!) a Bible study, or simply invite someone to pray with you. You were not made to walk this journey alone.

3. Live with Openness
At SEEK, we often arrive with the expectation that God will speak, and our hearts are open to receive. What if we brought that same openness to our everyday lives? Each morning, offer your day to the Lord. Ask Him to speak to you, to surprise you, to guide your steps. Living SEEK every day means expecting that God is working—right where you are.
4. Keep Learning
The incredible talks and keynotes at SEEK help us grow not only in love for God but also in knowledge of our faith. Let that desire for formation continue beyond the conference. Watch SEEK Replay, subscribe to a Catholic podcast, dive into Scripture, or make the FOCUS blog part of your weekly routine. Ongoing formation is essential to becoming the missionary disciple you’re called to be.

5. Invest in Friendship
The people you meet at SEEK often become lifelong friends—fellow pilgrims walking with you toward Christ. Make the effort to stay connected. Schedule time to catch up, plan a small group, or even share what you’re learning in prayer. Authentic friendships rooted in faith help us grow in holiness and keep us accountable on the journey.
Of course, the best way to keep living SEEK is to come back next year! We’re heading to Columbus, Denver, and Fort Worth for SEEK26—and you can register (with an early bird discount!) now. Don’t wait to be part of what God is doing next!
